Plot
Michael Oher was a homeless black teen and was sent in and out of the school system for years. Then Leigh Anne Tuohy and her husband, Sean take him in. The Tuohys eventually become Michael's legal guardians, transforming both his life and theirs. Michael's big size and protective instincts make him a tough force on the football field, and with help from his new family and devoted tutor, he realizes his potential as a student and football player

Some things I like about this movie is that it shows the audience that anything is possible if you have the motivation to do it and it has a very strong family aspect

My favorite scene of this movie is when Michael was playing in the football game and Leign Anne was coaching him on what to do when the coach couldn’t. Michael got on the field and when the whistle was blown Michael ran the rival team’s player all the way off the football field. He told the coach he was taking the boy back home
